Bad Krotzingen
The school received two new classroom pavilions. The windowless sides of both pavilions are the ideal surface for graffiti. It was decided to initiate a street art project and I am very happy that I was able to help shape and accompany it. First I planned a theory part on the history, the dangers, artists of the scene and of course the teaching of spraying techniques and material science. This was followed by afternoons of tinkering with stencils and trying them out on the wall. In the planning I was in close consultation with the rector of the school and the BK teacher of both classes. The project was financed by the city of Bad Krotzingen.

Graffiti Workshop with Artopie Freiburg

The artist group Artopie, together with Artik Freiburg, asked me for a graffiti workshop. To start I have on 26.07. prepared a lecture on the history of street art and the origins of graffiti. There was a lot of information about the material, legal surfaces, templates and spraying techniques. On the first evening everyone could start with their own design. On 02.08. we then met at the bridge near the kitchen bell. Here all participants could put their own designs on the wall and try out the techniques they had learned.

Spray Campaign
for the poetry slam Freiburg

The Poetry Slam City Championships 2022 are imminent - in July it will be time. The organizers asked me if I would like to make a design and plan and carry out a street art campaign for you. Here are a few impressions from our day at the Paduaallee/Sundgauallee bridge.

Locartista Festival
October 17, 2020 - Freiburg, JOS-Fritz-Café
The Locartista Festival started on October 17th. in the third round. I am very pleased that I was able to make a contribution by designing and leading workshops. Thanks to our strict and well thought-out hygiene concept, all participants were able to safely immerse themselves in their creative process. The choice of materials was plaster of paris and clay, as well as various tools. Those who wanted could work freely, and there was help or instructions on request.
